Here is my problem: My 25,000 pool has only 1 skimmer and 1 in ground filter in the attached spa. It has 2 returns to the pool, and 2 in the spa. The main drain has been blocked because of a leak(my landlords idea) I have no way of filtering water in my deep end. I have read that the skimmer only filters 12 inches of the top water. My 2 returns for the pool are located on one side closer to the shallow end of the pool.

What is a good way to get all of my pool water to start filtering? Is that even possible with just a skimmer and 2 returns in the pool?

I forgot to mention this is a free-form pool, i guess shaped like a kidney?

Aim the eyeballs down. Or at least the one closest to the deep end.

A wall whale brush will also move water like you wouldn't believe.

Seriously -- start at the wall closest to you and push it out to the end of your reach, wait a couple seconds, and watch the wave erupt against the opposite wall.

Aiming one of the returns down towards the bottom of the deep end is usually very effective.
