PB came over today and outlined our 20x34 IG pool. They are breaking ground Saturday !! Weather finally broke a little. The outline does appear on the small side, yikes

No he really didn't. He did say 2 weeks and the pool would be in. Excluding gas/electric hookup and the stamped concrete decking.

Yeah thats not fun...We found all the rocks the builders were kind enough to bury in the backyard when they were building our house.. Oh well, when it is all built and your swimming this summer it will all be forgotten. Good luck!
Thanks Doobs, yes the home builder buried all the trees in the area so he could build. Now I know why the driveway was sinking!!

That's amazing! Did this come from them clearing the property when they built the house?
The entire neighborhood!!! I was told years ago (1972) home builders typically dumped all of the trees in a cul-de-sac at the last house. Just my luck!! The hole was 30 feet deep.

My uncle is in the process of building a house and was unlucky enough to have one of these lots. Nothing 30-40 galvanized steel piers couldn't solve. Unfortunately for him that's like burying a new truck under the house ($$$ wise).
I assume that as long as you get to good soil then you will be fine.

The only two things that I want to find when we start digging is dirt and a chest full of Gold... (That I wont tell the GOVT about so they wont take half of it...)
