cant use pool equipment for a week!!!

hello all...i have to replace my bottom manifold and filter cartridge...being the cheap *** that i am...i ordered online with free shipping....wont be here for a week!!!...what can i do to maintain the pool in the mean time...temperature here is about upper 70s...thanks in advance...

As long as you can run the pump, the pool will be fine for a week. The filter does not need to be working correctly in the short run. You should be able to run the filter with the cartridge removed.
