    Hayward C4030: Cleaning catridges

I had a new Hayward C4030 pool filter installed in July last year, when are the cartridges due for cleaning ? and please recommend how to clean them ? Do i need to buy any special hose nozzle to clean the cartridges ? Thanks a lot

We recommend cleaning any filter when the pressure rises 20-25% over the clean pressure (or once a year for good measure).
