Air inlet cap - where do I find one

We just moved into a home with a pool and spa that was built in 1998.

The spa has 2 air inlets for the jet jump. The caps or whatever they are called are broken. The ID of the PVC pipe is 1", not threaded and flush with the tile. See picture

Can anyone help me find replacement caps?
