In ground hot tub jet wall fitting came unglued

I now have two hot tub jet wall fittings that have come loose. They are waterway wall fittings and look like they glue onto a 1 inch pvc pipe in the back. Can I just empty my hot tub and glue these back into place? Any type of special glue I should use? Here is a link to the type of fitting.

You should be able to just glue them back into place. I'd use all purpose cement on them, though they're probably just PVC.
