New to the forum. Just moved in to our new home and it does have a pool. This my first pool with pop ups. I noticed that some of the pop ups do not rotate. Does this mean that the pop up is bad or just needs to be removed and cleaned. Thanks for any help.

While I can't say for sure, someone else can probably help you on this more than me. It's likely they are dirty/gritty and stuck. We see this and similar issues come up pretty often with these types of cleaning systems.
