fuse stuck

My pentair chlorine generator deos not have power on. I am trying to get the fuse out.
Thanks to the instruction from some postings, I was able to get the fuse fixture cap out. However, only thing I pulled out was the fixture cap without the fuse, the fuse was stuck on the power unit. Any advice on how to get the fuse out?

Turn the breaker off and make sure the power is off. Take an electrician screwdriver (1/4" straight blade) and stick it into the fuse and see if it'll twist it out.

I have seen several of those fuse holders melted from high current/bad connection. You may need to replace the whole fuse holder(521248Z), if you cant get the fuse out. It should just fall out of there.
