This pool is crystal clear even in a flood.

That one was posted when the flood was happening a year or two ago, as I recall it is in Europe

With the plastic furniture I see, and I am suspicious by nature, is this picture a photoshop trick?

Possibly of course however if the flood wasn't Swift and say the water slowly rose. The furniture wouldn't necessarily go anywhere.

if its a photoshop, its a good one. If you look at all of the shadows of the pool and everything else, the angle on all of the shadows are the same and in scale.

I would lean to photoshop. It only has a small skimmer. No jets and no main drains. Couple of other flags on this play.
Above-ground pools usually do not have main drains. Having one skimmer is not unusual (I only have one for my 16'x32' in-ground pool) and there may be multiple inlets. It has realistic features including a Trichlor puck floating dispenser and a pool cover that is offset on its reel to easily go around the ladder (i.e. unspool it then move it over).
It's actually a Reuters photo of the year for 2013 taken in Germany. If they guy that won it did photoshop that together his career is on the line. My .02 ... Legit

Now I see, I was thinking it to be a in ground. This would explain my other question why it didn't flood while the water level was up a foot on the benches.
