De filter-plumbing leak

Ok, I need help, this look like it could be an easy fix but I'm unsure what to do...

Where the plumbing meets my DE filter this is a constant leak. I'm assuming maybe an 0 ring or something of that nature needs to be replaced, but again I'm just assuming.

Is the leak where the white union fitting knob is or between the black and the filter?

It looks like water is coming out of the stand, but also dripping from the pipe. It is leaking enough it shouldn't be too hard to locate the source.

ok, so the one on the top looks to be leaking in the middle of the black piece, where it meets in the middle, and the one on bottom appears to be leaking where the black piece meets the white piece. Is there a way I can upload a video from my phone? I recorded it, but I am not sure how to upload a video from my phone.
