Motor repay is in a tire thread but what are the steps to drain everything and protect against freezing temps when pool can't run. I know to pull the drain plug on the filter and pump. I assume the booster pump is ok as is. I have a heater that is not working at the moment, but I know there are drain plugs on it to. Anything else? What do I do about the water in the lines underground. It's going to get down to 23 Thursday night. Not a real deep freeze but just worried.

That is not that cold. The pipes underground should be fine. Drain the equipment as you described.
To be extra safe you could put a tarp over it with an incandescent bulb work light under it, just be careful with placement so the bulb does not overheat anything.
