Considering using them for the design + structural of our build. Anyone ever heard of howtobuildyourownpool.com?

It appears to be $30 + 500 + 200 for custom design, plans, and structural engineering for California. Too good to be true?

no, it's not too good to be true.

You are just paying for some else's design.

Edit 1: It looks like an owner/builder site where YOU are the builder but i'm not 100% sure.
