Pool Open During Winter - Freeze Coming

I leave our pool open during the winter in North Carolina. A freeze is coming and I need to know whether or not there is something that I should be doing to prevent pipes from freezing. The pipes are 2" PVC. I always turn on the pool pump when the temperature goes below freezing. But this freeze is supposed to last for about 1.5 days starting tonight. Will I be OK with just running the water through the pipes? Thank You!

It's always a bit of a Crud shoot but pump running should be fine.

Covering the equipment with a tarp and putting a bulb underneath may be worth doing as well, but running your pump is most important.
