    No More swamp

Hey ya'll, been here about three weeks, ain't had time to talk. Been too busy trying to straighten out this mess we call a pool. It's really looking great. Thanks for all the help everyone has given. I've had this pool since 99 and it's never been this easy, I've always been in the dark about it, and been at the mercy of the pool co. to tell me what I need to do. Seems like I usually just throw money at it until it's right. Not anymore. Time to swim

    Howdy Roger,

Welcome to TFP. I was lucky enough to find this site last year, right after I decided to put up a metal frame Intex pool from Wal-mart. I learned enough here that I decided to go with a more permanent set-up this year and I'm loving it. With the 90 degree weather we have been having in SC, it sure is nice to be able to come home in the evening and grab a beer and hit the pool.
