Caretaker motor assembly (4-7-310) screws are loose.

Good morning, I noticed that my zones did not cycle and checked the motor assembly and sensor. Upon inspection, everything worked perfectly except for the fact that it appears all of the screws holding the motor assembly to the plate had loosened. This resulted in the motor assembly lifting out of place every time it tried to change zones. The is no easy way to access the screws as they are underneath a silver plate on the backside of the assembly. Anybody have any advice to disassembling the motor assembly? There does not appear to be an easy way to remove the silver plate on the bottom of the assembly. I am hoping I can get to the screws to tighten them instead of having to buy a new assembly.

Any chance you can post some pictures? We have some folks around who have the motorized systems, but I'm not one of them...
