I have a Whisperflow right now. Just wonder if I can swamp in/out the pumps without re-plumping inlet and outlet connections. Thanks.

Yes the wet end is the same, so the pipe should line up. But, they screw into the pump, so you will still have to cut the pipes to be able to install the new pump, unless you already installed union fittings.

You could just replace the Whisperflo motor/impeller with the Intelliflo motor/impeller + drive and leave the Whisperflo wet end in place so you don't have to cut any plumbing.
