We are moving into a house with a concrete pool. What is the best (budget)tester to get to tell the right numbers? It is about 16,000 gallons I think and kindney shaped. I would post a pic but do not know if that is ok. It looks a litte green but all we have right now is test strips that do not tell numbers. ANY help would be great!! Thanks!

You want the tf-100. It's not the cheapest kit, but it's the best overall value of the kits that actually include the tests you'll need that also give reliable results.
Yes, what SeanB said. A test kit is not the place to try and save money. Inaccurate test results will lead to far more expensive mistakes later on. A top quality test kit will more than pay for it's self in the long run.
