I drained my spa and then refilled it, when I went to turn on my heater I get a FL 0 error code, which according to the manual means an open switch in the safety circuit. the manual lists 3 possible causes: pressure switch opened; hi limit switch tripped; or fusible link open, please help!!! I am running a Jandy Lite2

Are you handy at troubleshooting electrical issues?
If you are, you can jump out the three possible components one at a time until it works. Then you can buy that part.
