Very interesting water heater install. We're they planning to actually run water to it at anytime? I'm also pretty sure the horizontal venting is a no-no. Disconnected horizontal venting is definitely a no-no!

A very wise man once told me - there's not a problem that can't be fixed if you rub enough 20's on it! That would be a beautiful place if you have unlimited 20's!!
