I just bought and installed a brand new intex 15' and 48" above ground pool. I'm having issues with my filter pump. It worked for a few seconds and the it wen off. I tried everything as described on the manual, but still doesn't work. When I turn it on, it sound like it want to start but it doesn't.

Pretty unusual for anything to be wrong with the pump since it's so new. Any chance it is clogged with debris to prevent it from turning?

I called the company but they just sent me another one, but I'm afraid of being requesting another one having a good one at home. I will try to unplugged everything again and plugged back at the pool.
Make sure you have a big enough breaker to run it.
If your using a extension cord make sure its a thicker extension cord.
Sounds like its either clogged which idk how that would happen when its brand new, or not getting enough amps

Sounds like a voltage drop problem. Do you know what gauge the wire is?
Do you know what your voltage at the unit is?
Do you know what your voltage at the unit is?
