Hello my unit is displaying "E13", then it turn off. Does anyone know what this error code means?

Error codes are E(Zero) something. If you are handy, power off unit, remove the four screws holding the plastic sides on, and then there are two retainer clips holding the dome top on, remove them. Now remove the dome and flip it over. Once you have it flipped over, power up the unit and then you should see some LEDs lite up. Does anyone of them stay lit?
