New Board on Intellitouch I9 + 3 Controller Programming?

I recently was told I needed a new control board for my Intellitouch I9 +3. I purchased one via Amazon and installed it. Now I can manually run equipment in service mode but when I attempt to program anything on the indoor control pad it states "there was a error retrieving data". I am assuming I will need to reprogram the equipment but no clue on how to attempt to do this. Any thoughts? Thanks

I have no idea on these automation questions and they are sometimes slow to get answered. Maybe someone will be able to help you.
