New pebbletec - first results - how do I look?

We just had our pool resurfaced with pebbletec and the builder finished their 3 day startup. Please see my taylor test kit results below. What is going on with my chlorine levels? See any other problems here?

PH 7.4
FC 5.0
CC 0 I can't get any to register? (the water never turns back to pink on this step). I tried 3 times.
TA 120
CH 270
CYA 40

Everything looks good. FC is fine. Don't let it fall below 3. As for the CC you want it to be at 0. That's a good thing.

Ok, a couple more days in with the new pebble tec and the results are:

PH 7.6
FC 3.5
CC 0
TA 130
CH 270

Do you recommend lowering the PH since I'm reaching the top of the range? Or let it float up a little higher and then address?

What is the water temperature?

Are you going to heat the water?

How are you adding chlorine?
