I have been using ez-pool in my pool since it was new (2 years) and am going to convert to BBB next spring. I am getting ready to winterize and need to know if there is anything special i need to do now like use metal out to remove the copper, or just winterize it and worry about it next spring. Thanks

Welcome to TFP!!!Adding a chemical will not "remove the copper". Sequestrants simply keep the metal in the water and prevent them from staining the pool surface. If you want to get rid of the metal in the water, you have to drain the water out while the metal is in it.
You are making a good choice by switching away from it and it will surely cost you less money to maintain the pool.
