I was looking at this product and it looks cool! Curious if anyone uses this in conjunction with a robotic cleaner? Looks to me like the cleaner might have some issues with running into it or getting the cord entangled?

I have used my pool rover Jr with my poolskim in place. Only the little floating "hat" breaks the surface of the water, so the floating power cord doesn't snag on it. The port for most suction side cleaners is well below the bottom of the pool skim so the hose shouldn't get stuck there either. However if there were a problem with the poolskim getting in the way of the robotic cleaner it is easy to remove it from the pool. It is attached to the return with a union that just unscrews.
