TC 9.0
PH 7.6
TA 110
CYA 85

I am using 2 ltr a day of muriatic acid to bring my ph down to 7 to lower my TA but every time I test my pH it is around 7.7 I am also using 1 ltr a day of liquid chlorine to raise my FC to 9.6, is this normal any advice appreciated.

Your chlorine use sounds normal, but the acid use seems high.

Couple questions...
Any aeration sources? Fountains, waterfalls, etc.?

Any reason why you're taking the pH so low with every acid addition? Any reason why you want to lower TA?

I would try lowering the pH to only 7.5 or 7.6, then monitor it closely to see how high it goes. Some pools tend to settle at 7.7 and 7.8; if yours is one of them, trying to maintain a pH much lower than that will be futile.

No aeriation at all. The TA was at 160 so I have been trying to lower it to 90 and to lower TA I am lowering my pH to 7 and my CYA was over 160 Now 85 and I am doing a water change to lower the CYA

I would try leaving it alone but monitoring pH. If it settles at 7.7, just leave it there.
