Pool resurfacing costs in AZ

I am in the early stages of pool remodeled - some DIY and others contracted out. Starting to get resurfacing quotes in and wanted to get input - too high or just about right.
13k pool @ 3/5/3' depth with attached spa.
re-plaster approx. 4k
pebble approx. 5k
mini pebble. 7k
No re-tile needed its in great shape.
Seems high but who dosent think like this :-D just wanting to get a fair, honest quotes.
Any feedback on the above cost ranges for Phoenix area?

Not sure about Phoenix, but prices are high here in Texas where I am. Sounds very reasonable to me.

@nofear, I see your in Phoenix.
How do you like your travertine pavers/coping(I see this is in your profile statement)? Did the PB lay them or was it a DIY project? Looking to have these or pavers done as part of my pool remodel. Many options including veneer pavers that I need to consider.

I am surprised that the mini-pebble is that much more than the regular pebble ... I though they were very similar costs when I had mine done.

My pool is bigger and I had all the tile replaced for around $10k
