Solar Bear Roof Mount

I have a 21ft round above ground pool with a 1.5 HP pump. Its fully enclosed in a screened in deck. I purchased a 4x20 fafco solar bear solar kit and I'm planning to roof mount it. I've seen people use all kinds of hose to hook these things up poolside but I'm not sure what's best to use for extending to the roof. All my pipes going from pump to pool are hard PVC not flex. Not sure if that matters.
As Jason said, hard PVC is usually the best
