Am interested in the correlation between ORP and ppm free Cl2, and relationships with pH and CYA. Are there any charts available?

We have a couple of Chlorine/Cya charts here actually. If you check out the links in my sig, you will find them in Pool School.
As for a FC chart correlating with ORP, it is only possible in theory. Rarely if ever will mV to FC be accurate in practice because ORP readings are greatly influenced by many factors...pH being only one. Even in systems where conditions are "perfect", accurate control of FC via ORP is not easy to nail down.
