Going to meet with a PB next week...what should I ask??

Hey everyone, I am going to meet with a PB next week and wanted to get some advice on questions I should ask or look out for in regards construction, plumbing, equipment and etc (cutting corners). I am looking to get a idea from the builder on the cost of a pool.
