Newbie here! Pool is underway & I'm considering Hayward LED lights. looking at Amazons reviews, they seem to develop leaks and short out w/ no way to fix it. - just buy a new one to the tune of $400! Any input from TFP members on their luck w/ these lights? Thanks for your help. El Syd

I have no experience with Hayward lights... but I chose Pentair. Put in 3-5g lights, 3 led bubblers and one glo brite. The glo brite was dead on arrival... one bubbler failed after two months with a brown spot inside it where I am guessing something burned... may be from a seal failure. I still like the Pentair equipment... but am hoping I am done with the failures. Id just recommend that you use same brand for all lights so your colors match.
