New Liner in Box

Ive got a family member going to do a DIY since they saw how mine went. They have a good deal on the kit which includes their liner. Will a liner stay good packed in the original box until next summer? What about 2 years from now? I know how this person works, the odds they will get the pool complete by next summer is slim

It should be fine if stored indoors and critters don't get to it.

And by "critters", include ants and termites. They will eat right thru the cardboard and vinyl. I know. It happened to me and I'm in the business! Cost me a $900 liner - my own.
