Loop-Loc II Super Dense Mesh Safety Winter Pool Cover

Hi,
I live in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada...I just had a 18 x 36 inground rectangular pool (2ft rounded corners) installed and was wondering about purchasing a Loop-Loc II Super Dense Mesh Safety Winter Pool Cover. Two questions:

1) Is there quality better than other brands, if not what manufacturer?

2) Any idea where to purchase online for the best price?

I will be installing it myself.

I would call local pool companies and have them send you swatches of their cover material, that way you can compare the mesh weave from one company to another. loop-loc has good customer support but I don't know if their mesh is superior to some of it's larger competitors. Ultra-Loc II with drain panels is very nice though.
