I'm trying to replace my old drain cover with an SDX Retro. But I can't get the old one off. There's no screws in the screwholes, and I've tried to twist it off, but no luck. Do you think it's glued in place? Anyone familiar with this type of cover?

Worse comes to worse, I'll get a hammer and chisel. (Yes, I'm renting scuba gear -- just need to find my PADI card...)

That particular drain cover needs to rotate 1/4 turn counter clock wise to remove. They are very tight and your thought about a hammer and chisel is the correct answer. The new cover will not fit the same way it will have to be screwed down with stainless steel screws
