Jandy Lite2 Leaking--Still Use it?

My first thought is no. Water is a killer. I should say leaks are killers (to pool equipment). If you aren't going to fix it, but replace it next year, go ahead and run it. I would suggest though that you camp out with a lawn chair about 15 feet from it(babysit) so you can shut the gas off if it catches fire or something like that. See, depending on where the leak is you may be soaking the firebrick/refractory to a point where it collapses onto the burner tray, and that's where you may get the fire from.

Posting this reply is going to get a reaction from all the responsibles out there, so, IM KIDDING! NO, DON"T RUN IT! Fix it, or chuck it!
