Suntan Oil in my Pool???
my son had friends over and they used tons of suntan oil and now we have a thick layer of oil on our pool and it is all over the tiles .
what can i do to clear this up and once i do ,will we need to change the filter?

You can try a product called the scum ball to often absorb the oil.

Welcome to TFP. About one of the only things I buy from the pool store is a bottle of liquid natural enzymes that will break down your "oil slick". What type of filter?...but probably not.
