Looking so much better today. Not quite clear but a couple more days and it should be. So,now my question is does this have anything to do with me running the pump too little, or is it because of the high cya and therefore low chlorine that caused this? I'm running the pump 13 hours per day with highs averaging mid to upper 90s

Sounds like CYA too high and FC too low. Not running the pump enough could result in dull, hazy water when looking across the pool underwater, but it would still look crystal clear from the top looking down. I think 13 hours per day shoupd be plenty of filtration for a clean pool.
