Cracks in my pebble tec surface - pictures attached

Hello,

I drained our pool to change out the water and also install a salt water system. When the pool was drained we discovered 4 different cracks in the surface and a hollow spot. All but one of the cracks looked dry, but one has remained wet for over 12 hours (pictures attached).

Is this likely from water still seeping out of the crack that leaked in when the pool was full? I haven't noticed major water loss when the pool was full. Just the occasional top off that I attributed to evaporation from our very hot summer. How repairable are these types of cracks and what can I expect to pay?

Any thoughts?

Wow how old is this pool? Do you have pictures of this area during construction? Have you talked to PB ? To Pebble Tec?
What do they say?

This appears structural, but one needs to be there to make that call
