I have a 33ft AGP which is halfway surrounded with a custom fitted Unilock patio. The patio is snug right under the top ledge of the pool, so it is impossible to get a winter cover and wire underneath it. How can you cover a pool like this?
You can use water bags on the deck. There's less than an eigth of an inch between the deck and the top rail on our pool and I can get a winter cover in between them. It doesn't take a lot of room.
Tried that! It all caved in last year. We are in a wide open windy field. The best suggestion I got was to use rope and stakes on the cover and run them to the grass and stake it in. Not real sure how that would work!
Could you use concrete blocks you lay on the patio and attach the cover? I am thinking like a concrete block with an eyelet bolt you placed in the wet concrete form.
