Another new build in Prosper, TX (pic update 12/5)

    There's a slew of us.

Crew is slated to arrive Tuesday morning to start chewing up some ground.

Here is our future (minus the palm trees, and our decking is not that color/pattern).

Darling home here. The pool looks great BTW, excited to see more as it progresses. If you have the space, definitely up the decking sq feet.

Had a one day delay due to excavation crew finishing up a job in Allen.

    Plumbing trench...

Luckily no rock, so they were in and out in 5 hours.

Just found this forum. Great resource. We are ALSO in Prosper and getting bids from builders. Who knew a small town like ours would be so active on this forum? Looks like you used Fallas. And Riverbend Sandler for the pool maybe? We are looking at them and Claffey. Anyhow, your pool looks great! With the way this summer heat is going you may get some good use before winter.

Yes, on Riverbend, not sure on Fallas. We are still looking at several for the landscaping.

We were out of town during the actual spraying of the gunite and subsequent day of rain, so we came home from vacation to this:

Just finished a Riverbend Sandler pool this summer. Good experience. Designed it with Hank and Bert was our super. I think that might be him in one of your pics. A few delays in the build and some frustration with the electricians but overall a good experience. Good luck

Bevostein...Sean was our salesman, and Bert is our Super as well. Good luck thus far!

Not a whole lot of activity today, just the guys here installing the waterline tile.

Now that the tile is on, I'm really excited to get to the plaster phase to see how it blends.

Stone masons started up bright and early this morning with a couple of huge slabs of flagstone. Slowly started cutting, chipping, and breaking off the pieces they needed. Interesting to watch them work.

    Spa

    Laying out the coping

More stonework tomorrow. We are also having our in-ground storm shelter installed tomorrow. Worked out, timing-wise, since the back fence was down for the pool.
