    Re: Slam Question??

If your asking about the OCLT test, then FC of 12 would be your 1ppm loss over night.

    Slam Question??

How long have you been SLAMing ? You want to test as often as you can and raise it back to SLAM level when it falls below SLAM level.

    Your done SLAMing when

    1 water is crystal clear
2 CC of 0.5 or less
3 OCLT test of 1 ppm or less

    Re: Slam Question??

My water had been a little hazy , been losing about 3ppm per night
Just started slam today , added liquid chlor. FC to 13 . My CC has been 0.5
Going to test in morning and try to keep it at 13.

You can swim in FC levels up to SLAM level. Unless water is so cloudy you can't see the bottom. Safety first !!
