What does OTO stand for?
It's short for the name of the chemical dye. The names are as follows:

OTO - Orthotolidine - in R-0600 Taylor reagent indicator dye
DPD - N,N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine - [EDIT] R-0870 Taylor indicator dye powder in the K-2006 or R-0002 liquid in the K-2005 [END-EDIT]
FAS - Ferrous Ammonium Sulfate - R-0871 Taylor titrating reagent

FAS - Ferrous Ammonium Sulfate - R-0871 Taylor titrating reagent

Color me wrong then. I was thinking the DPD was the powdered Taylor R-0870.
