Automatic Cleaner Runs Very Slowly

I have an AG automatic cleaner that was given to me. When I hook it up it just barely moves. You can hear it clicking, but dern its slow. Too slow to even use. I dont know the exact brand name of it but it is made like this one http://www.intheswim.com/Pool-Equipment ... y-Krauly-/

I had one before and it was a different brand name but same kind and it would walk circles around this one. Anyone know what may be wrong with it? It has to be something inside of it wrong and not my hose or suction or something else.

Assuming you plug it into the skimmer and have no other suction port, it's probably either clogged or the diaphragm is bad.

Has anyone ever disassembled one of these? Ive looked at it but not real good but I dont remember seeing anywhere to disassemble it. Ive got a 6lb hammer that will do the job, but Im afraid it will be too late then. Do you know where there is an exploded view diagram of them?
