Sta-rite cartridge filters.....does size matter?

Hi. I'm new to the forum, but have been a pool owner for several years. I am replacing the cartridge filters to my StaRite S8M150 for the first time and thought I ordered the appropriate filters, but the new ones are smaller. The originals are the 0202s/0203s and the replacements I received are the 0200s/0201s. Will these cartridges work or am I going to have to return them? (I think I already know the answer....)

The 0200S & 0201S cartridges are for the 120 sgft filter not the 150 that you have. I'm afraid that you're going to have to return them. Hopefully it's the vendors fault and they'll pay for shipping.
