    Hayward RS 2000 pump

Just a quick question , i replaced a leaking pump seal and when i put the pump back togther , the difuser did not snap back on the seal plate like they show on the youtube video .
I just kinda crammed it all in and it works and no leaks , is it a problem that the difuser did not snap onto the seal plate ??
    Thanks...

If the pump is pumping water ok then it appears the pump volute is holding the diffuser in place you will be ok
