We are closing Monday on the house. I tested the pool with TF-100 test kit and the results are
C 0.1
Ph less than 6.2
TA 10
Cya 0
What need addressing first? I did read The Pool School but still need help. The water looks pretty clear (can see liner pattern 8 feet deep) Thanks.

Work on the pH & TA first and then get some FC in the pool. I'd use washing soda or soda ash for the ph/TA adjustment to begin with since you need to raise both.

If it truly has zero CYA you need to get some in there soon also.

Went back to new house and got a water sample. The lawn guy has been putting 3" tabs in when he felt like it.
Tested water after adding 10 lbs. washing soda, water was real cloudy.
C .5-1
Ph 8.2 + (just an hour after adding soda)
TA 70
CYA less than 20 (dot disappeared at top of vial)
Thanks for the help.
