Chlorinator off - Low Temp message

I have the same error message - chlorinator off low temp. However, my display tells me the pool temp is 81 degrees. I should mention I think we had a lightning strike last week and I have replaced my main board last week and two relays today. All seemed to be well until we replaced the relays today. Any ideas? Thanks!

What brand/model of SWG do you have?

Some have a separate sensor for the cell which may have gone bad or the sensing circuit may have gone bad.
