We are looking to install 1 x 1 Glass Tiles for the waterline in our pool remodel.
Everyone, including our PB, is saying Glass tiles falls off very easily.
Both National Pool Tile and Master Tile are telling us to let the installation cure for 20 to 30 days before water submersion.
PB is not happy about waiting 30 days between tile and plaster.
But we also don't want falling tiles if they are not installed correctly.
There is a install guide from Oceanside Glass tile's Glasstile.com that has some recommendations on thinset and grout material:

We are hoping to seek everyone's advice on choice of thinset, grout material and cure time.
Or if anyone might have a specific step by step instructions that we should follow?
Currently, the pool has been chipped to bare gunite.
