Temporary Treating While Under Construction

Is there any temporary treating or pumping while the pool is under construction. I am days away from having equipment hooked up but the pool has been full of water for 1.5 weeks. The water is going green and was wondering if there was anything effective?

You could have been adding bleach and brushing to mix it, but if the water is now green, a little late for that. Now you need the pump and filter and to follow the SLAM process.
