    Question on muratic acid

I recently added Borates to my pool. I used the pool calculator and added 380oz of the stuff (5 boxes). I accidentally added a bit too much muratic acid (256oz instead of the 177oz it called for). Since I know muratic acid can be very dangerous to the eyes, how do I know when the water is "safe", especially since we like to open our eyes and dive for toys, etc? Is there a way to test or do the harmful effects disappear after a certain time? I did all this on Sunday and ran the filter for 48 hours. I tested some of my values last night.

    FC - 11
    TA - 250
    Borates - 60
    PH 7.0
Intex Ultra Frame 18x48 6400g AG with included 635T cartridge filter 1500gph
    Intex SWG 54601EG

    Re: Question on muratic acid

Once it's thouroughly mixed in the pool water, assuming the pH is in the proper range, there are no harmful effects.
